39 Weeks

Well, I am 39 weeks and Mr. Colton seems to be quite cozy! His due date is March 4th, it would be great to make it into March so all three boys could celebrate thier own month. February, March and April! :) I am still working and will try to until Colton makes his arrival. Wondering who he will look like, Leyton and Nolan looked a lot alike when they were born.

Mr. Leyton 2/25/06

Mr. Nolan 4/18/09

Rhett is hard at work with baseball, they started games and tournaments last week. We are hoping for a great season at St. Michael's Catholic Academy. Rhett has so much fun with Leyton and Nolan, they think he is a human jungle gym. Should be fun to see how he adds one more monkey!

Leyton has been playing basketball and loves it. His team the Magic have won all 7 of thier games. They have one more game this weekend. He also started his baseball season a couple of weeks ago, just practice. He had to miss his first game on his birthday because he had a basketball game at the same time. Leyton is on the Indians this year with the Round Rock Little League. Same coach and 5 of the same kiddos came back to play on the Indians. We are so excited about his season! He turned 6 years old on February 25th, oh how time flys! He had a great birthday party at Pump It Up with all his friends and family. We gave him a ton of baseball equipment on his birthday, so he is ready for baseball.

So excited about his name and # on the back!

Nolan will turn 3 on April 18th and is just about the funniest kid I know! He is excited about being a big brother and keeps telling me everything he is going to do for him. He told me he would put his clothes on, give him a snack, and put him to bed. I had to explain that he won't be ready for snacks and can just have milk, so he wanted to see how he could give him milk. I pulled out a bottle and he has been carrying it around ever since. He calls it Colton's water bottle. Nolan also wants to be just like his big brother, he put on Leyton's Indians uniform from last year and looked adorable. He LOVES baseball and will start Tball the end of March. Should be pretty fun to watch.

Our little Batman!

We can't wait to add another little one to our family!

Leyton is 4 years old and Nolan is 1!

I can't believe that Leyton is 4 and Nolan is 1, time is just flying by!! I never get to post, I work full time and spend all my time taking care my boys when I am not at work. I love it! They are getting so big. Leyton and Nolan got their well checks today and receive a total of 6 shots! Not fun! Grandma Irene was nice enough to join me so I could keep my sanity with two boys at the doctors office for almost 2 hours. Yikes. Both boys did great and are measuring in the 75th percentile.

Leyton loves all sports! Baseball being his favorite, and loves that his daddy is a baseball coach. He can spell his name, count to 50, always has a clever line for everything, knows all the songs on the radio (Lady Antebellum), and loves his baby brother!

Nolan is running all over the place. He has been battling ear infections the past month but I am hoping we are over them. I am really hoping to avoid ear tubes, but if we have to I know they make the world of difference since Leyton had to have them. Nolan is really starting to babble all kinds of things. He says uh oh, dada, mama, and bubu. Can patty cake, wave bye bye, and blows the sweetest kisses! He also wants to do everything his big brother is doing! Leyton is pretty good at going along with it. :)

Rhett is coaching at St. Michael's academy in Austin and they are in the first round of the playoffs tomorrow. Good Luck Crusaders!!! We are really looking forward to the summer and get to spend some time with family.

Since I don't know when the next time I will get to post, I hope everyone has an amazing summer! Enjoy the beautiful weather we are having!!!

My Boys

My Boys! Leyton 3 and Nolan 4 months

Where does the time go?!? Nolan turned 4months yesterday and Leyton will be 3 1/2 on the 25th! They are both doing great! Leyton loves his little brother, always wants to give him a big hug and kiss. Things have been pretty busy for the Riviere family. I started back to work on July 13th, Leyton went back to school and Nolan started daycare. Both of the boys do really well with daycare, we are lucky to have two great places that love our boys!

Leyton has been taking swim lessons at his school and playing 3 and 4 year old t-ball for the Round Rock YMCA. Daddy coached his team the Volcano's, I coached a couple of times when Rhett was out of town. T-ball is about the funniest thing, we had to tell them every time the ball was hit not to tackle each other! I will say it isn't an official t-ball game unless everyone on the team has cried! Leyton loves baseball and that is usually how he will introduce himself to anyone that will listen, I am a baseball boy! Our t-ball party is this weekend and we will hand out trophy's, should be fun.

Rhett and Leyton
Nolan is doing great and getting bigger everyday. I took him to the doctor last Friday and he weighs 16lbs 3 oz.!! He has started to really laugh, he thinks his daddy and big brother are hilarious! Leyton likes to run around and roll on the floor and Nolan just laughs and laughs! Love it! He likes his tummy time and is doing really well, he can roll from his tummy to his back (since about two weeks) but not quite from his back to his tummy. He is such a happy baby!

Football season is right around the corner, Texas has their first game on September 5th! It has taken me awhile to get excited about football season this year, just because I was so disappointed last year. But it is almost here and hopefully this will be a great year! Go Horns!

Nolan Lee Riviere is here!

Our sweet baby Nolan is here! He was born on April 18, 2009 at 7:32, 8lbs 14oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Another easy labor and delivery, I was very fortunate with both boys to have wonderful pregnancies and easy deliveries! We are home and enjoying getting settled with the new baby. Leyton has been wonderful, telling everyone that he is a big brother! Nolan brought him a few gifts like a World Best Big Brother shirt. He wore it around the hospital and told everyone that he was the world best big brother! So cute! I just wanted to let everyone know that Nolan is here and hopefully I will be able to blog more later.

Leyton's 1st Soccer Game!

Leyton had his first soccer game on Saturday and loved it! It was the cutest/funniest thing ever! He scored the very first goal and then ran back to the middle of the field and waited for everyone like okay lets do it again. I loved it! He asked me all Saturday morning who was coming to watch him, his grandma, his pawpaw, his uncle ryan, I had to tell him no. But Mrs. Danna came to watch him and he was happy about that! Thank you Danna! His daddy had to coach a baseball game in San Antonio and was really upset he had to miss his first game. I taped the game so Rhett could watch it, it is even better to watch it back on the video! :) He scored three goals for team extreme and has been telling me since Saturday that he is a great soccer player. Just love it! I took a couple of pictures from the game. Enjoy!

Worst Blogger Ever!

Okay, I know I am the worst blogger ever! I wish I had more time to upload my pictures and write about what is going on in our lives. Family, Work, and baby number two soon to make his appearance! So I am going to give a run down of the past couple of months. Our sweet Leyton turned 3 on February 25th, wow I can't believe my little baby boy is 3 years old! I am posting some pictures from his birthday dinner with PawPaw Rob, Grandma, and Uncle Ryan at Buca di Beppo. Yummy pizza, they brought out a candle opera and sang happy birthday to him along with some sherbert cones. They ran out of birthday cake. We had a small birthday cake for Leyton at home. PawPaw Rob and Grandma brought him about 30 presents to the restaurant to unwrap, he loved it! His favorite was a pair of baseball pants that had to sit on the table through the entire dinner.

We had Leyton's birthday party on March 14th at Goin Banana's in Austin. It has a ton of bouncy houses, slides and toys. Leyton just wanted to play basketball until we finally were able to get him to go into one of the bouncy houses with his friend Steven. Then there was no stopping him he wanted to try every bouncy and slide they had.

I will be 37 weeks on Friday so baby Nolan will be here before we know it, we can't wait to meet our little bundle of joy! I am posting some pictures from the wonderful shower that Mykla and Tammy gave me in Rockwall! Thank you, it was beautiful. Leyton dressed up as a cowboy since it was a cowboy theme. Cutest cowboy ever! Nolan got lots of great gifts that we definitely be using. Thank you to everyone that made it such a special day!

Leyton had his first soccer practice today and just loved it. He is a sports fanatic and he can finally play something with other kids. Daddy was very excited and got him everything he needed for his big day! Soccer ball, shin guards, and soccer shorts. I have a short video but I am not sure if I will figure out how to post it we will see! :)

Leyton and Daddy have been going to play golf with PawPaw Rob and Grandma on Sundays, I am posting a picture of Leyton in his golf gear.

Anyways, like I said just a little overview of what has been going on in the Riviere family. Hope everyone is doing well! We will let everyone know when Nolan arrives! :)

It's A Boy!

Well it has been a really long time since I have blogged! Holidays, work, etc. Anyways we found out that we are having another wonderful little boy! Nolan Lee Riviere. Leyton is very excited about having a little brother and can't wait for him to make his arrival. We asked him when we found out what he thought his name should be and he said Colt McCoy! He loves Colt and thought this would be the only appropriate name for his little brother. I think the name Nolan is growing on him. :)
